Boise Township Tours offers the following Tours:
DAILY TOUR (Except Sunday)
A minimum 2 hour FUN, fact filled, presented in story form, tour of Boise including the Capitol, Old Penitentiary, Old Fort, Depot, and main parks. Learn about the fascinating, stately, and unusual, people and circumstances that made Boise the wonderful place it is today!
Winter Schedule (Typically Nov. – Feb.*): One tour, Mon. – Sat. at 1:00 pm. Please book on RESERVATIONS page or CALL 208-570-9025 to reserve your seat & let us know when you are taking the tour.
Summer Schedule (Typically Mar. – Oct*.): One tour, Mon. – Sat. at 10:30am. Please book on RESERVATIONS page or

EXTENDED SPECIALTY TOUR
For history lovers (aka History Geeks like ourselves). Our minimum 2 hour 30 minute historical tour which includes everything from our daily tour PLUS all the places we really wanted to show everyone, but had to cut to keep it in a shorter time frame.
This is a Specialty Tour, and will require a minimum of 4 people to schedule a tour. Please use our CONTACT page or call

Come join us for about 90 minutes of fun and nonsense while we see magnificent Christmas Lights, accompanied with wonderful music. These people are SERIOUS about decorating for viewing pleasure!

Ghost Stories Halloween Tours (Seasonal)
NIGHTLY HALLOWEEN TOUR
The Travel Channel named Boise one of the most haunted cities of the Northwest, and both “Ghost Stories” and “Ghost Adventures” have filmed segments here. If you dare, come along while we tell you the ghost stories of these and many more places in and around Boise! The tour is about 90 minutes long and includes time to “explore” around the Old Penitentiary. Costumes are welcomed, but not necessary on the tour.

SPECIALTY HALLOWEEN TOURS
Oct 25th – Our normal Halloween Tour PLUS (if you choose*) the “Frightened Felons” Family Night at the Old Penitentiary. You will need to pre-buy your tickets for “Frightened Felons” as they will not be available at the door. Please call 208-570-9025 for information on ways to buy these tickets.
Adults: $18.00 Senior, Students, Active Military with ID: $16.00 Children 7 – 12: $8.00*The nights of “Frightened Felons” we do the normal tour & when we get to the penitentiary we drop the people with tickets to “Frightened Felons”. We then finish the tour with those who did not want to attend the “Frightened Felons”, then return to the Penitentiary & wait for those who attended “Frightened Felons” & finish the tour with them.
